Worst subway I've been on so far. The employees are very stingy when it comes to ingredients. There were 3 spinach leaves! 4 pieces of bell pepper ... Prices are very high for that, I would avoid at all costs.
It happened again! After a stressful shopping trip with children, I just wanted to sit and eat with my family. I have gluten intolerance and it is really difficult to decide where to go to eat (in a loop). Now every Subway has gluten-free bread, which can also be seen on the counter. Again and again when I'm in the loop and want to eat at Subway they say that they don't have one at the moment. Since the bread is a bit expensive, none of the unfriendly employees would like to prove it. P.s at the checkout I asked the employee whether there was gluten-free bread, he simply denied without his knowledge and then he only asked the other employee. So whenever I am there there is no bread ? Dumbest subway I know! By the way, you are not even worth this one star that I had to give because otherwise I cannot give my comment to you!
The current staff is completely incompetent. My request to clean the knife before cutting the sub was simply ignored. When I brought this up again, the employee simply passed the sub on to the employee at the checkout and went to the next customer. Even at the checkout, my criticism was simply ignored. As someone who doesn't eat meat, I don't want leftovers from the last customer's subs on my meal!
The owner is far too stingy, you hardly get anything for your money and you don't feel like going back, much worse than other subways

The Salatman cashes in with the same gloves and puts the same gloves on again. When I mentioned that, the Salatman was totally rude and loud in some language that I couldn't understand. Totally unfriendly staff. To the far too little meat, as if you were on a diet. Never again
I will definitely avoid the subway in the future! I paid just under € 7.79 for tuna 30 cm and when asked, the lady told me that it would be a regular price. I don't know what's going wrong here in the store
Everything is used very sparingly. The bread was not baked through and looked different than usual at subway. Guacamole was portioned like with a pipette and individual customer requests that are possible in every subway were not addressed. The conditions wear sweatpants instead of work uniform and the food is handled with the same gloves as the money. Hygiene = 0 Too bad.

Unfortunately by far the worst subway I have ever been. My meat did not taste at all and the bread was not well toasted. Staff are friendly but unfortunately very overwhelmed. Not at all customer-friendly, I think that Subway actions are not taken part. Wanted to free the sub Advent calendar coupon. This was not accepted. Can understand that in smaller subs but not in the loop with so many potential customers there. The boss seems to be money-girly because he has as the employee asks him if the coupon is considered very arrogant from the kitchen. Conclusion Sub always gladly but never again here.
The sandwich was filled as if I was on a diet !! After I raised the problem, the branch manager treated me unfriendly. That's what we call good customer service! That was the last time I left my money with SUBWAY, especially in Loop5 there are enough alternatives. In the complete circle of friends, family circle advise against eating with you !!!!!
Salad and a bottle of water ordered for € 6.80. The ingredients in the salad were counted (even the corn kernels). Well, 4,40 € ok. But 2,40 € for 0,5l water is ne announcement. Never ever.

The worst subway there is, the ingredients are not distributed properly the staff did not listen properly to the sandwich is cold and the selection of ingredients is really low !!! Really bad! Never again! Salad is missing!
Absolutely unfriendly !!! The sandwich tasted so far, but was very poor. The employee, as well as the boss responded to questions with annoyed eye rolls and snotty remarks. Such people definitely should not work in customer contact !!!
Sandwich was more bad than right. (Cold, too Cross, almost no meat, did not really like something) not recommended. But if I look at the applications here so that's probably normal. Next time I'd rather go to the bakery.
A few days ago I was very annoyed here: The employee has almost nothing to vegetables / salad on the sandwich packed, after I said I would like salad too he said snotty: "Okay, you get DOUBLE salad". Besides, I did not want one ingredient, but something else from another, that would be completely ignored. Great service for the price ...
Employees claimed that the voucher is not valid. So had to pay the normal price. After I made sure and was clear that the coupons including 01.10. are valid, unfortunately I got back only the difference for the sandwich and could not redeem like at the beginning a voucher. Not very willing to compromise even though the mistake was not mine. Apart from that, I wanted olives on it. They would be counted. So there must have been 8 olive slices.
they had run out of whole wheat bread AND mineral water on a Wednesday at 2pM? come on. gimme a break.
I love Subway and eat there a lot, but the Subway here really disappointed me. The staff was rude, uncoordinated and slow. My sandwich was clapped together so lovelessly that it fell apart completely from the start. In addition, they do not accept school / student ID cards here, which I find extremely unfortunate and unusual. I'm used to better from Subway.
The staff was very nice and accommodating to us even though we speak limited German. Food was good as well. Quality
